OUR TOTAL COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
At A J Mayr Engineering we rate our performance against the NATA Certified Quality Management System and operate efficiently under ISO9001 guidelines. Our dedication to detailed and general quality assurance has meant that we have never had a legal claim against any of our products or services.
Our system includes procedures for continued improvements in quality, reliability and safety. For any item produced in our workshops we are able to provide a complete manufacturing dossier, containing:
• Inspection and test plans
• Independent inspection logs
• NDT reports
• Material traceability
• Hydrostatic or pneumatic test certificates
• Surface protection reports
• Manufacturer’s data reports
• Documentation of relevant design data
A J Mayr operates according to the guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including:
• The employment of a full-time OH&S Officer
• Formulated rehabilitation policies
• Developed action plans and training programs
Compliance with all these systems ensures all A J Mayr activities in the workshops or on construction sites are of the highest possible standard and under constant review and improvement. |
