At A J Mayr Engineering we have two workshops with a combined floorspace of 4,300 square metres with an additional lay-down area of 25,500 square metres. The workshops are equipped with a large range of modern equipment necessary for efficient and quality certified operations using all types of standard and specialised welding methods, plate rolling, handling and lifting.
The engineering and administration building features up to date IT systems providing communications via email, internet and intranet, as well as the latest engineering and design software.
Our major equipment includes:
• Rotators to 160 tonnes
• Plate rolls
• Band saws
• MIG, TIG and sub-arc welding equipment
• CNC profile cutting
Our workshop lifting capacity is as follows:
• 2 x 12.5 tonne overhead cranes (hook clearance 8.7m)
• 2 x 10.0 tonne overhead cranes (hook clearance 8.7m)
• 1 x 5.0 tonne overhead crane
• 2 x Linmac tractor cranes
• 1 x 40.0 tonne crane
• 1 x 13.0 tonne crane
